• How can I reach out with a question or issue?
• Your best bet is to DM us on Instagram (@shopwildeshadows) or use the chat box on our webpage.

• How long will it take for my order to get to me?
• Our processing time is 3-7 business days, then your package is handed off to the mail carrier. They can take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery to the U.S., and 7-30 days for international orders.

• What brand do you use? How do you print your designs?
• We use Comfort Colors for our t-shirts and Gildan for our sweaters. T-shirts are 100% cotton and sweaters are a soft and cozy, poly-cotton blend.

• What sizes do you carry?
• We love being a size inclusive shop! We offer sizes Small all the way up to 4XL for our t-shirts and and up to 5XL in our sweaters. 

• What if I would like a t-shirt in 5XL?
• If you would like one of our designs on a 5XL t-shirt please reach out to us directly and we'll make it happen! 

• I ordered multiple items, how will that ship?
• Orders with multiple items may ship separately. Most clothing items will ship together, but tote bags, mugs, art prints, etc. will likely be in another package/box. 

• I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
• Reach out to us via Instagram DM (@shopwildeshadows) and we can provide you info on how to exchange an item for a different size.
