Refund policy

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to offer exchanges.

We have a 21-day return policy on our regular items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to start a return.

To be eligible for return, the item/s should be in original condition, with tags and unworn.

Contact us with your order number to begin a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you the information about where and how to to send back the return item/s. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Since every item is made to order, they are non-refundable. We offer product exchange in case you're not happy with what you receive
